PERMITTING & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE LICENSE
Vietnamese laws require foreign television and film production companies to obtain a filming permit, as well as permits to import and re-export equipment. For your project to run smoothly, your permits need to be cleared in order to cover all your shooting locations.

Whether you are working on a short shoot, a multi-episode television program, or a feature film, we can help you obtain the permits you need to make your project run smoothly. We can usually complete the permitting process for television projects, such as documentaries, short films, lifestyle programs and travel programs, in as little as one week. Feature films, which generally require a script review, may require several months to work through the permitting process.
LOCATION SCOUTING
Vietnam offers a spectacular array of shooting locations that include ancient villages, colonial era streets and houses, modern central city landscapes, forested mountains, deserted coasts and islands, and ethnic minority villages. Green Discovery Indochina staff will hunt for the perfect locations for your project, from Vietnam’s cities and towns, to its more remote mountains and coasts.
CREW AND EQUIPMENT
Our wide network offers you multiple sources for cameras, sound equipment, dollies, and lighting, and the cameramen, grips, gaffers, sound technicians, boom operators, and other crew to operate them. We can also help you to recruit local production managers, second unit crews, and production assistants as well as fixers, translators, and security.

We have a large group of very experienced and well trained production assistant and guides to show and guide you in your trips looking for locations where to shoot. All of them have been already involved for the last 3 years in the filming of different TV programs and also have accompanied some international awarded photographers in their trips to the wild. VISA, FOODS AND ACCOMMODATION
Managing the visa process can be difficult for film and television professionals unfamiliar with Vietnam. Green Discovery Indochina will assist you through the visa process quickly and professionally.
Typically, we need 03 working days to acquire visa clearances for a small documentary or lifestyle crew, and one week or longer for a larger film crew. If you are traveling and cannot process your visa at a Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate, we can arrange for visas on arrival. In Vietnam, we can book flights and hotels, cater production sets…
TRANSPORTATION
We provide the finest transfer service by offering a wide choice of transportation from: cars, vans, buses to luxury Limousine pickup with highly skilled service professionals. We use vehicles with extra space to maximize comfort for the clients. Depending on how many people are in a tour group, we use:
Group size 1 to 2 people; we use a 4 or 7 seat private car
Group size of 3 to 8 people; we use 16 seat Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter vans
Group size of 9 to 12 people; we use 25 to 29 seat buses
Group size of 13 to 17 people; we use 35 seat buses
Group size of 17 to 35 people; we use 45 to 55 seat buses
All vehicles mentioned above are in good condition and come with air conditioning, and manufacture between 2012—2015.
