Itinerary

This half day cooking class, you will prepare dishes under the guidance of experienced chefs at your own work station and each workshop will conclude with tasting the food you have prepared, accompanied by local beer or wine, in our comfortable dining area. All guests will receive detailed recipe cards to take home at the end of the class.

Tour Program

In the morning, we will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi city center, then transfer to our cooking class located in Hanoi Old Quarter.

This cooking class offers you the incredible knowledge about authentic cuisine of Northern Vietnam, as specially is Hanoi. This cooking class half day, we use ingredients that can be found in most well stocked Asian grocery stores. So you can easily replicate them in your own kitchen

On the comparatively dry southern coast, menus are built around fresh fish and the creative use of aromatics and spices, not to mention, for the Vietnamese, the comforting aroma of nuoc mam, fish sauce.

After cooking class, we will be transferred back to our hotel in Hanoi city center. Tour ends.
