Tipping is not compulsory in Vietnam, however it is enormously appreciated. You should consider tipping tour guides, drivers, hotel staff, boat crews, etc. There is no standard amount for tipping but if you do find reason to tip someone, a tip from $1 USD should be ok for a day trip.

You will be immediately taken to the nearest international clinic or hospital for an immediate examination and appropriate treatment according to the terms of your insurance.

After paying for deposit, you can settle the balance at our office in Hanoi or in Ho Chi Minh City by cash or credit card. Cash (Euros or US dollar) is preferred. Or you can bank transfer the balance directly to our bank account before travelling to Vietnam.
