Itinerary
Hanoi is located in the Red River Delta, in the center of North Vietnam. It was founded in 1010 under the reign of Ly Cong Uan King. The tropical monsoon climate is divided into the rainy and dry seasons. The most distinctive characteristic of Hanoi’s climate is the fluctuations between the cold and hot seasons. Hanoi still preserves many ancient architectural works including the Old Quarter and over 600 pagodas. Hectares of lakes lie intertwined between the streets, the largest ones being Hoan Kiem Lake, West Lake, and Truc Bach Lake. This one day photography tour take you to all most the highlights of Hanoi, wake up early morning to shooting sunrise and get back hotel late to shooting sunset.
Tour program:
In the early morning, we will pick you up at 5 am from your hotel. Our tour starts with a gentle walk to Hoan Kiem lake where you will see seniors doing Tai Chi, morning exercises with Tortoise tower as your backdrop. Next, we will visit the wet market of Hanoi, would give you a glimpse of other wet market available through out Vietnam.
After breakfast, we will continue our venture to the Old Quarter of Hanoi where you will witness street peddlers doing trading, typical morning view of Old Quarter and many photographic opotunities.
Mid morning, we will drive toward to visit Duong Lam ancient village where home to one of the oldest communal house , temple, narrow brick alleys dating back centuries ago and typical architecture of Vietnamese village. Lunch will be served at a local family in Duong Lam ancient village. Back to your hotel in the late afternoon.
